24 to 48 hours after order placement, excluding weekends. Please note that shipping times may be extended by 72 hours in the event of excess orders (such as during Ramadan, Eid, etc.)

• From the date of receipt of the order, the customer has 14 days to return a product.
• Promotional items, accessories and hijabs are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• The item must not have been stained, washed, damaged or perfumed
• You must send an email to the following address: contact@alniyaparis.com , with the subject line “Return *order numbers*” in the email, indicate your first and last name and the item(s) you wish to return as well as the reason for the return.
• You will then receive return instructions
• Please note: return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please note that if returned items do not meet the return conditions, they will not be accepted.
• In case of return we will proceed with an exchange or credit note only.
• We only issue usable credits with no time limit.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU HAVE 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT TO REPORT A DEFECT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS CAREFULLY UPON RECEIPT.

If, despite our vigilance, an ordered item presents a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email, indicating your order number and attaching one or more photos of the defect in question. We will return it at our expense, as well as exchange or refund it. The same applies in the event that an item is sent in error.
